1. Non-Refundable Nature of Our Services

  • Digital Deliverables: All services including website development, software applications, integrations, and digital content are non-tangible and thus non-returnable once delivered or initiated.

  • Customization: Our solutions are highly customized and developed specifically for each client, which further makes returns or refunds infeasible.

  • No Physical Goods: As we do not provide any physical products, the concept of “return” does not apply to our service model.


2. Subscription Services and Renewals

  • Recurring Subscriptions: Any subscription-based services (e.g., SaaS, maintenance plans) renew automatically unless canceled before the billing cycle ends.

  • Cancellation Responsibility: Clients are responsible for managing and canceling subscriptions prior to renewal to avoid future charges.

  • No Pro-Rated Refunds: Mid-cycle cancellations do not qualify for partial or pro-rated refunds.


3. Trial and Evaluation Options

Where applicable, we may offer:

  • Free Trials or Demos: To allow clients to explore certain features before purchasing.

  • Consultation Sessions: To assess suitability before initiating full-service contracts.


4. Exceptions — Eligible Refund Conditions

Refunds may only be issued under the following exceptional cases, subject to review:

  • Technical errors during payment processing

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent charges (subject to investigation)

⚠️ All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of the transaction date and include proof of the issue.
